The PF-INSERT3 from OmniGrip is a 1/2” PEX Stiffener. This item is used along with appropriate sizes PEX tubing and push fittings to stiffen the pipe and prevent leakage caused by deformation. All push fittings come with stiffeners, so there's no need to purchase them separately.
