The 446-074 from Spears is a 3/4” x 1/2” PVC (Sch. 40) MIP x Spigot Adapter. It allows to transition from a 3/4" PVC pipe to 1/2" female threaded fitting or outlet. FIP (female threaded) x MIP (male threaded) connections.
