The 886-PTMS from Sioux Chief is a 3” Spigot, Total Knockout Closet Flange (TKO) w/ Swivel Stainless Steel Ring, SCH40 PVC. It has a 3" spigot connection (same size as 3" PVC pipe), which allows it to be installed inside a standard 3" PVC fitting. Stainless steel swivel ring with bolt slots/tabs offers added flexibility during toilet bowl installation.
